A New Era Gymnastics Birthday Party!
New
Era Gymnastics offers a great alternative to home
birthday parties. Make your next party a New Era Gymnastics
party. This means FUN for all the kids and less work
for you.
All parties are done on Sundays. Each party is an
hour and forty minutes long. Parties book up quickly
so please book your party well in advance.
The
cost for up to 10 children (including the birthday
child) is $120. There is a $12 charge for each additional
child. The final number of children will be determined
at the end of the party. A non-refundable deposit
of $50 is due within one week of making a party reservation.
For New Era clients, the cost for up to ten children is $100 with a $10 charge for each additional child. After this time, we reserve the right to cancel your
party and rebook the time. We do not like to do this
so if you have made a reservation and have changed
your mind for any reason, please notify us as soon
as possible. The minimum age for a party is three
years old. All children three years of age or under
must be accompanied by an adult into the gym if necessary.
No children under the age of two years will be allowed in the gym for safety reasons.
We will call you on the Wednesday or Thursday before your party to confirm
the time and to approximate the number of children attending. Two or three teachers will instruct your
party. The instructors will take full charge of the activities which will include warm-ups, our moon bounce,
cooperative games, and gymnastics. From there we will have refreshments, cake, and open presents. We will
help you set up, serve, clean up, and open presents so you can just sit back and enjoy the party. You
must supply the food, cake, juice, and any other snacks you wish to bring. We can supply all paper goods,
which are a generic white. Paper goods include plates, cups, napkins, forks and spoons. If a theme is your
child's desire, feel free to bring your own supplies.
All the children must be in play clothes - NO jeans, overalls, or dresses please. Shoes, socks, and jewelry
must be removed and left in the cubbies. The only adults allowed in the gym are the parents of the birthday child for
the purpose of taking pictures. After the completion of the activities in the gym, NO ONE is allowed back
in the gym area.
Gratuities are not included in the cost of the party and would be appreciated if you are pleased with your party and if the children
had a good time.
