When Class Starts

Your child will be brought into the gym by a coach. If they bring their water bottle please leave it in their cubby.  Parents are not allowed in the gymnastics area.

When Class is Going On

Your child will spend 10 minutes warming up and stretching. From there, they will spend 10 – 15 minutes each event.

When Class Ends

At the end of practice, your child will be dismissed to the lobby by their coach. If you did not stay to watch their practice, please make sure you come in to pick up your child.
